Shipping & Handling

We send our books by media mail through USPS or UPS. Standard shipping services are also available for Canadian or International Orders at additional fees.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

Unless a book specifies a pre-order expected release date, all books are in stock and ready for shipping.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for out-of-stock books to be re-printed and shipped. All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of being received. Please consider the processing time in addition to the delivery times outlined below.

NOTE: Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS.

For all deliveries, TD&P is only responsible for a package until the carrier confirms that the order has been delivered. If the tracking information we have for you shows that the order has been delivered, but you have not received your package please contact us at our e-mail address of New.Israel@yahoo.com. We will be happy to investigate the matter with the shipper, but we cannot credit orders if the tracking number shows the package as being delivered (with or without signature).

Pre-order
We allow customers to pre-order books that have not yet been released for publishing. The release date is provided so the customer may know when the product is scheduled to be available for shipment. Release dates are subject to change by the publisher; such date changes will be updated as we receive them.

What payment options do you accept?
We currently only accept checks or money orders. We are not set up yet to accept credit cards at this time.

How and where may I send my order to?

Simply print out the order form on the order page. Fill in the order form with the items you would like to purchase, print your name and address clearly and mail it to us with your check or money order. Please make check payable to New Israel Assembly and send the order to:

General Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping & handling charges.

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. All products must be in mint resalable condition. A copy of your original purchase invoice must accompany the return. Your original invoice provides the return address — please refer to it for details.

We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 15 days. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the transit time it takes your refund to come back to you. (5 to 10 business days). Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. Refunds will be issued by check or bank direct deposit after your return is processed.

Packing & Sending Your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Pack the items along with the copy of the original invoice (the invoice included in the package with your items) securely in a package. You can use the package the items arrived in or another package, if you prefer.
2. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
3. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
